To best suit your needs, we offer our services both hourly, as well through a monthly contract plan. The hourly rates will save you the most if you have a one-time incident, while a contract plan will afford you the best value over time. Our contract plans are per computer, while our hourly rates are for any labor independent of computer.
Service Details
Our comprehensive maintenance includes scanning for viruses, adware, spyware; physical computer cleaning; hardware repair/replacement and system optimization by cleaning the Windows Registry and defragmenting the data stored on your hard drive.
Networking also falls under Maintenance/Repair. If you need a network or are not sure if you do or not. HengeWorks will consult with you to determine your needs. This service includes Set up of all hardware including servers, running cables, setting up software, configuring your machines, and configuration of the network.

| Continual Maintenance Contracts are designed for customers who have multiple computers or are running a network which requires regular computer and network maintenance. Customers under this contract may purchase maintenance in 5 hour blocks for every 5 hour block purchased the customer will receive 1 hour free. Contract terms very per client based on their needs. | $140/ 5 hour block |
Anything we find during standard maintenance that would warrant a repair is covered here. While maintenance will keep your computer in the best possible state, and will avoid most problems, repairs are necessary to rectify issues identified during maintenance that will impede the performance or function of your computer. Repairs may include manual virus, spyware, and adware removal; registry repair; file recovery, etc.

General Service Area
While clients in or near our general service area are preferable, as we will make house-calls to address certain problems (routine maintenance is done remotely), we do service clients outside of this area, depending on the circumstance and accessibility. For service location more than 10 miles from our office, we charge a travel fee of $1 per mile for the distance from our office to the service location.
